What is a "Street team?"

Sometimes called "TeamXpress", Street teams, in a literal sense, are a group of fans, usually music fans, that are willing to spread the word about you and your music on the street. They are also a group of supporters who believe in the product you are representing. Most of the time, they are "invested" emotionally in your music and, in this case, ministry and feel "connected" in some way. Many times, they will hand out (Whoo Hoo!!) band swag (Cds, stickers, pins, flyers) to friends, family members, and other aquaintances or music lovers. An XtremeTeam member can request our songs or videos to a radio station or website, collect data for avenues of expression, spread messages on various music forums, or even host "house concerts". In many cases, street teamers, in this case... "XT" members are a part of special events, pre-sale items or tickets, xclusive products, etc.

The idea of an e-team is pretty much the same as a street team except e-teamers spread the word online rather than on the streets. This tends to be a little more accessible than a street teams. People can now do most of the work from their computers.

Everyone is important; However, this team has gone a step further. They can say "iXpressIT" through my commitment and involvement. Whether it is a special gift, regular gift, "adopting" an India orphan or student, prayers, or helping with other projects, they are a special family of people who have joined us in this exciting journey and touch lives thorough their faithful support and encouragement.

LTIN, a.k.a. Laborers Together International, has been a continual source of support and encouragement to us. They are recognized by the US government as a 501(c)3 “non-profit” organization founded by Mike and Kay Martin and created to assist “ordinary” people do “extraordinary” things. Their network began in 2000 and “endeavors to” facilitate office/administrative needs “at the most reasonable expense possible” for organizations around the world. They perform services for an extremely minimal fee which, normally, does NOT cover their corporate expenses. They have served us with excellence and the integrity with which they have operated has allowed us to focus on the “important” things…reaching out to people and touching lives.
